Airhorn, a product operated by Zernike Media Group LLC ("we", "us"), provides a service that lets businesses send SMS broadcasts to their employees. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you use Airhorn, we collect account information (such as your name and email), and the employee names and phone numbers you add to your team roster. We also store message content and delivery status for broadcasts you send.
Employees you add are not enrolled automatically. They receive a text asking them to confirm before any broadcast messages are sent to them.
Mobile numbers are never shared or sold. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in status collected for SMS purposes are not shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. This information is used solely to deliver the confirmation and broadcast messages described in this policy.
Message frequency varies depending on how often the business account holder sends broadcasts, plus one initial confirmation text. Plans include up to 15 messages per employee each month.
Message and data rates may apply.Standard message and data rates from the recipient's wireless carrier may apply to any messages sent or received.
Employees can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will not send further messages to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@tryairhorn.com.
We use collected information to operate the service: sending confirmation and broadcast texts, billing for confirmed employees, and providing support. We do not sell phone numbers or message content to third parties.
We use SMS delivery providers and payment processors to operate Airhorn. These providers only receive the information necessary to deliver messages or process payments, and are not permitted to use mobile numbers for their own marketing purposes.
We retain account and roster data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
