These Terms govern your use of Airhorn, a product operated by Zernike Media Group LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Airhorn lets you send SMS broadcasts to a team of employees who have explicitly confirmed opt-in. Airhorn is offered on two plans, each billed monthly in advance and each adding $0.75/month per confirmed employee:
Your per-employee charge follows your confirmed roster automatically as employees opt in or are removed. Message pools are shared across your team, reset at the start of each billing period, and do not carry over. There are no contracts and you may cancel at any time.
You agree not to use Airhorn to send unsolicited messages to anyone who has not confirmed opt-in, or to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or spam content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone numbers and content you submit, and for honoring opt-out (STOP) requests.
By adding an employee to your roster, you represent that you have the authority to have that person contacted by SMS and that they have agreed to receive text messages from Airhorn on your behalf. Each employee must separately confirm opt-in by replying YES to a confirmation text before any broadcasts are sent to them.
Message frequency varies based on how often you send broadcasts, plus one initial confirmation text; plans include up to 15 messages per employee each month on Standard and up to 30 on Plus.
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by the recipient's wireless carrier.
Mobile numbers collected for SMS delivery are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details. Employees may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, including sending messages without valid opt-in consent. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
Airhorn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
