Rules for closure texts
- Lead with the decision in capitals: CLOSED, OPENING LATE, OPEN.
- Always include the date. A text read the next morning shouldn’t be mistaken for today’s.
- Promise the next update with a time, then keep it.
- Send before the earliest commute. How to plan closure calls.
- In Airhorn, mark closures urgent so they skip quiet hours and go out immediately.
